This is the online availability and consent form to join the Tameside Direct Payments Personal Assistant pool. The list is given to clients who receive their care and support funding through a Direct Payment, and allows them to contact anyone on the list that they feel would be suitable to provide their care and support needs.

If a client selects your details from the list, you may be invited to submit an application/or attend an interview for a potential Personal Assistant Role. Please note, we are not an employment agency and do not actively seek work for anyone registered with the pool.
